Finding Happiness

Make Me Happy

Day 18: Downtime

There are certain days at work where one can choose not to do anything despite the long list on the pipeline. That day is today!

Of course, I’m not proud of it but it happened : (

I ate a lot too and this doesn’t help me either reach the success for this program I had created myself.

Will do it right!.. NOW ; )

Words Shape Our Future

Thanks hon ; )

Day 17: Collaboration Amidst Storm

It’s one of the most demanding week.

I’m taking turns in different roles at work and as a worried family man. Storm was still at signal no.2 during the morning and good thing tho that rain started to halt.

By 5pm, tropical storm weakened but the challenge of setting up a forum within one of the group community is at its height of pushing more support (from the participants).

It is late again but I have to take a teleconference together with a colleague from Dallas.

The usual — I went home late.. this time, extremely tired.

One best thing today was, Grace and I had a chat via our gmail accounts : )

Day 16: Drenched

Woke up early — it’s been raining cats and dogs!

Then I left home when the rains came to halt. And for some good reason, patience had been tested today: I have waited for a cab for more than an hour.

Then rain started to pour out again so I was drenched until finally, a taxi came.

Been monitoring the storm for almost the entire day (yes, I’m a Business Continuity Management Driver).

By 5pm, Metro Manila is at  storm signal no. 2.

Then waited out for up ’til 11 pm news bulletin so I can update the Managers  ; )

All were ok, except for the thought that the family is away and that I’m not around during this storm : (

Day 15: Quake

Super busy day at work.. but super productive too.

Almost finished one huge project when an earthquake reminded me that it is past 1 am.

Thank God that everyone’s ok and that my family is safe at home.

Traffic Navigator

Traffic?? Know more about it before plunging the streets. Great work MMDA & TV5!

All the best! Have a safe and traffic-free streets everyone!

Day 14: Full-time Dad

We had a long and fun-filled day ; )

Grace and I took over the kitchen and cooked for the family.. yup, cooked — not fried ok? ahahaha!

Had the time to take power naps while Andres was sleeping and then we went on to Timezone in Serendra!

We had time also to walk and appreciate Serendra while seeing a lot of dogs (less askals ha).

Later on the evening, we bought dougnuts at Kryspi Kreme… forget about the diet yum yum yum!
